The polyester tag backs provide space to write in testing results, equipment status, evacuation procedures or other pertinent information. Made of either heavy-duty or economy polyester, the 5¾" x 3" Confined Space Tags meet OSHA confined space regulations and exceeds OSHA 50-lb. pull requirement for tagout devices. 3/8" diameter, brass eyelets accept most padlock shackles.
