The 5¾" x 3" or 7" x 4" Inspection Tags meet OSHA Standard 1910.145 for Accident Prevention and are available in heavy-duty polyester, economy polyester and cardstock. A 3/8" diameter, grommet accepts most padlock shackles, and the write-on tag surface accepts pen, pencil or marker. A fastener is included, and our Inspection Tags are sold by the pack.
